The Truth About Man Versus Vibrator

The Truth About The Toys I Left Behind

This week on  "Sharing My Truth," we share a write in from one of our listeners that finds herself in a dilemna. A real conundrum! Mel and Suzie dive into a relatable situation that many of us may have encountered: breaking up with someone and accidentally leaving personal belongings behind, namely her s3x toys! They're  expensive, what do you do? Do you really want them back?

The Truth About Threesomes

The Truth About Temptation

In this week's episode we answer a listener's voicemail. His question is how do you avoid temptation even when you are in a relationship and you know it's right and it is what you want, but you are tempted every day? We answer with our thoughts, stories, and suggestions.
Temptation is all around us, food, sex, spending too much money! How do you control it? Do you control it? Do you just do it and hope for forgiveness later? Is that a good idea? 
Listen to our answers. Do we differ in our opinions? Temptation is as old as time and temptation will never go away. You cannot stop your feelings but you can control how you react and behave. The Truth About Diet Culture And Your Sex Life

**Trigger Warning for Diet Culture**
In this week's episode we discuss diet culture and how it has affected your sex life. Do you avoid sex or getting naked with the light on because you are not happy with your body. Suzie is body confident, Mel admits her many ups and downs with it over the years.
We talk about the impossible, airbrushed Instagram images we are all living up to. You look at those images and it's almost impossible to leave and feel great about yourself. We seem to portray a lot of body images at each extreme, there is not so much in the middle where in particular most women are. 
Is there more judgment and pressure on women? Is it self-imposed? How much does our diet obsessed culture impact relationships and hook-ups? We dive into what Mel calls the never ending totorturous journey that is diet culture and how it is (amongst other things) making sex and relationships harder than ever!

The Truth About F*ckboys

In this week's episode, we talk about fuckboys. Is that the same thing as a player? Are players or fuckboys unable to commit because they are emotionally unavailable or is it simpler than that? They just want to have fun, is that such a big deal or are they making fake promises in order to play?
Mel & Suzie agree that as long as you are honest and you are not promising love and relationship, then it's up to you if you want to be a player, is it not? If you want to sleep around that is your personal choice. The main thing is don't lie, because then nobody gets what they want. Being truthful with your intent is important. If all you want is some fun and you are upfront about that, then there is no issue. It's when you are playing games, messing people around, and lying about your intentions that we think it becomes a huge problem and you are playing someone.

The Truth About Women And Their Dirty Minds

We talk about the truth about women and their "dirty minds". Do women think and fantasize about sex more, less, the same amount as men? Why do we think women don't have the same "sexy" thoughts as men? It seems that women are judged more for being overtly sexual than men. Women perhaps believe that they are meant to be demure so they hold back. 
We discuss why that is. The Truth About MILFS
